Setup Essentials
$65 — single 60-minute session
Great for getting comfortable with a new phone or refreshing the fundamentals. We'll walk through powering on and off, unlocking your screen, adjusting volume and text size, and navigating with ease.

Master calling, texting, and video chatting so you can stay connected with the people who matter most. By the end of this session, you'll feel comfortable reaching out to family and friends anytime.

We want you to feel completely at ease when you book with us — here's what that looks like, in plain language.
Your privacy matters.
We never sell or share your personal information. Anything you share with us during a session — including details about your phone, accounts, or family — stays private and is only used to support your learning.
Our cancellation policy.
Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Because we reserve your time just for you, payments are non-refundable once a session begins, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are also non-refundable. If a genuine emergency comes up, please reach out directly — we handle those situations individually and with care.
If you've chosen to pay in cash, the same 24-hour cancellation policy applies — please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
This policy is provided clearly, in advance, before you book or pay, in accordance with Idaho consumer protection law and federal consumer protection standards, which require that cancellation and refund terms be disclosed plainly before a purchase is made.
